We usually use cartons and foams for Anseno degaussers. But for SE-1.0T and SE-1.2T degaussers, we have alternative packing. Flight cases can be offered at customers' requirements.

For paper shredder SE-6M, it uses honeycombpaperboard; for shredder SE-6S and 6P, we choose three-layer cartons.

For degausser SE-1.0T, SE-1.2T and SE-1.0C, there 2 ways to pack.: cartons and flight case. For degausser SE-10MAX, we pack it with wooden case, because it is heavy and large in size.

We usually pack them in wooden cases. However,for PD-150 and SSD shredder, we offer alternative packing, flight case.

No. After a hard drive is degaussed, modernhard disk drives and some tape drives can not be used again, because degaussingrenders the magnetic media completely unusable and damages the storage system.

Many forms of generic magnetic storagemedia can be reused, including reel-to-reel audio tape, VHS videocassettes, andfloppy disks.

According to DIN66399, there are 7 securitylevels, P-7 is the top level. It defines that paper is crosscut into tiny particles,with max. 5mm².

If it is magnetic hard drive, degaussing israted the most reliable and best way to destroy a hard drive, because all thedata damaged by degausser can not be retrieved. However if it is hybrid harddisk, you’d better degauss it first and physically destroyed by a HDD crusheror shredder.

Paper contains sensitive or confidential infoneeds be crosscut by paper shredder before recycle or dispose. Shredding paper smallerthan 5 mm² is rated the most secure disposal method. By the way, burningis also an alternative. However, it is usually not environment friendly.

Do it with a software or degausser. If youstill want to reuse the drive again, use the former.
